Anita L. Pierce is the Founder and CEO of Eleven3seven5, a business consultancy that foster relationships that create sustainable business opportunities, and connect communities to the resources that they need to generate economic wellness and deepen social impact.
Fun Fact: She speaks fluent Brooklyn, and went skydiving twice in one day. She vows to never do that again... Anita is a Brownsville Brooklyn, NY native, with over two decades of experience in finance, strategy, and management (Corporate and Non-Profit). She is fiercely passionate about closing the knowledge gap between generations specific to financial health and long term wealth building through entrepreneurship. She is considered an O.G (Original Guardian) to many professionals. Pierce is a regular speaker on various topics including: Navigating Business Life, The Financial Mentality, Business Basics and government contracting strategies and is a facilitator of Workforce Development. She has been featured as a guest speaker for the RISE Conference, BRIC's #BHeard series, NYWIB webinar, podcast features IGLOO hosted by Marcus M. Cox, MWBE Times hosted by Angelina Ramirez, and is the host and producer of two shows - The Brownsville Minute, and The Real Journey of the Entrepreneurship. Anita plays a crucial role in establishing purposeful environments for entrepreneurs, focusing on fostering a business mindset and embracing failure as a stepping stone to success. She is deeply passionate about community engagement, particularly in the realms of economic and financial well-being, workforce development, and entrepreneurship support. Pierce has devised a strategy for guiding startups to attain MWBE certification and has worked closely with community organizations to boost voter registration and enhance job opportunities in underserved areas. In her past positions, Anita has designed leadership programs for college students, fundraised for educational initiatives, and recently initiated a business accountability group while curating enriching business brunch events. Anita has developed a Civic Engagement program that inspires stakeholders to actively participate in their local communities, specifically within community boards, tenant associations, and stakeholder groups. Most recently, Pierce curated an accelerator for procurement in hospitals and anchor institutions and provided Advisory support for BIPOC farmers within the upstate NY market. Anita, a remarkable mother, is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College, City University of New York. She previously served as advisory member of HVWIB, Mentor for Goldman Sachs 1 million Black Women, Board member of UpState NY Black Chamber of Commerce and currently holds the role of Community Co-Chair for the Brownsville NeON Stakeholder group. Additionally, she serves as a Business Advisor at the Entrepreneur Assistance Center (EAC) at the LDCENY, A business coach for the 2025 CU Grow Program and a mentor at SCORE NYC.
